In 1965, fresh out of college, I decided to take up photography. I bought a Leica and headed out into the street. And, with various hiatuses–raising two wonderful daughters, doing commercial work, pursuing other projects that interested me–I have been there ever since. In the late 70s I began working with a 4x5 view camera and produced both an exhibit and a book, Dreams in Dry Places, about vernacular architecture. I have also made portraits, nudes, landscapes and a large body of color work. You can find all of this and more by clicking the tabs at the bottom of the page.
